As a Licensed Master Social Worker, I am dedicated to supporting adolescents and adults in navigating life’s challenges and building pathways toward healing and growth. I specialize in working with clients ages 12 and up, helping them manage concerns such as trauma, depression, anxiety, and the everyday stressors that can feel overwhelming.
Grounded in compassion and cultural awareness, my goal is to create a safe, affirming environment where clients can feel heard and understood leading to lasting change. My therapeutic approach draws on evidence-based practices while honoring each person’s unique story, strengths, and goals.
With a deep commitment to empowering individuals and families, I partner with clients to develop practical tools for resilience, emotional well-being, and long-term success. I believe that meaningful change happens through connection, collaboration, and hope.
