As a Licensed Professional Counselor – Associate with a master’s degree in forensic psychology, I understand that life can feel uncertain or overwhelming at times, making it easy to lose sight of your direction. I believe therapy is a partnership, and together, we can navigate challenges, uncover clarity, and build the confidence and tools to move toward your goals.

I bring years of experience supporting individuals in high-acuity care, navigating legal challenges, and managing life-stage transitions. This includes aging and later-life adjustments, acute psychiatric symptoms, everyday stressors, and lifestyle changes. I work with clients 18- 65+, and I am committed to helping you find direction and balance when life feels challenging. I strive to create a supportive, non-judgmental space where growth feels achievable.

My areas of focus include emotional regulation, relationship challenges, trauma, anxiety, and ADHD. I tailor my therapeutic approach to each client’s unique needs, using a collaborative style and incorporating humor when helpful to empower, thoughtfully challenge, and build confidence.

“Humor doesn’t diminish the pain; it makes the space around it get bigger.” -Allen Klein.
