$145 Per Session

Associate Level Clinicians (LPC-Associate/LMSW)
$125 Per Session

Self-Pay

In order to serve the needs of our community, CCR is proud to accept a range of major insurances.

Each insurance will provide different coverage based on your specific plan and we will notify you of those fees before our first session. These fees can range from being covered at 100% (no cost to you!) to a contracted rate that will go towards your deductible plan. To find out your specific plans details, please reach out to our admin team and we will help you determine costs.

Employee Assistance Programs (EAP)

One unique service CCR offers is partnering with EAP programs to help individuals receive a few free sessions to initially begin therapy. We currently partner with:

**Please note: EAP sessions are utilized through a third-party company and therapy notes/documentation will NOT be given to your employer. This is a completely confidential service provided by some employers specific insurance plans and requires no collaboration with the employer themselves.
